Sessions are conducted virtually or in person. Engagements are structured in three-month increments with the option to continue.

Engagements are scoped to fit the size and needs of the group — from a focused board-GM alignment session to a full leadership team development program spanning six to eight weeks. All sessions can be conducted virtually or on-site. Travel is billed at cost.
